Training for HODs, cast and crew
Safer sets are made by the whole team.
Whether a set is respectful is decided in everyday work, often in the twelfth hour of shooting. We train HODs, cast and crew to defuse conflicts under pressure.

Primarily for all heads of department, other leads and the cast. Secondarily for the crew as well.

What is different afterwards
Leads know what they decide themselves and when they need to hand over. Cast and crew have words for situations in which they did not know what to say before. And everyone knows the difference between an instruction and a put-down.
