Rebekka Gorges (she/her)

Founder, Consultant, Trainer, and Video Producer

My Utopia is...

... that one day, when we go to the cinema, turn on the TV, or open a newspaper or book, the plurality of society is authentically represented.

Role in the Inclusive Media Minds Network

As the founder of inclusive media minds, I bring my experience as a consultant, trainer, and video producer to the forefront of fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in media. I work across all stages of media production to ensure inclusive practices are embedded into workflows, enabling impactful narratives and fostering equitable team dynamics.

Personal Positioning

I am a cis woman, bisexual living in a heteronormative relationship, a mother of two children, plus size, neurodivergent, and from a working-class family. My personal experiences shape my passion for questioning and deconstructing patriarchal structures in media and promoting intersectional approaches to storytelling. My goal is to create spaces where all identities are represented with care and authenticity while advocating for systemic change in how media is produced and consumed.
