Rebekka Gorges (she/her)

Founder, consultant, trainer, and video producer

My utopia is...

... that in the future, when we go to the cinema, turn on the TV, or open a newspaper or a book, the plurality of society is represented in all its facets.

As founder of inclusive media minds, I bring my expertise as a consultant, trainer, and video producer to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in media. I support productions from development through to execution, ensure inclusive workflows, and foster equitable team dynamics.

Personal positioning

I am a cis woman, bisexual, neurodivergent, mother of two children, plus-size, and from a working-class family. My experiences shape my commitment to intersectional storytelling and to questioning patriarchal structures in the media. My goal: authentic representation and systemic change in media production and consumption.
