Training for HODs, Cast, and Crew
Leaders bear responsibility for a respectful set. We train HODs, cast, and crews to live a strong feedback culture and give them the tools to build psychologically safer sets together: hands-on and aligned with the Respect Code Film.
Warm-Up Before Shooting Begins
Before the first day of shooting, we introduce the team to the principles of the Respect Code Film: points of contact, complaint channels, and behavioral expectations. Clear, concise, and effective.
Trusted Contact Person On Set
For the duration of your production, we provide an external, independent trusted contact person: available from the first to the last day of shooting. Learn more
Developing and Embedding a Code of Conduct
Many productions have signed the Respect Code Film but don't yet have their own CoC. We develop it with you, embed it in contracts, crew lists, and call sheets, and make sure it lands in everyday work. Learn more

Many productions already have a Code of Conduct. On paper. We make sure it actually lands in everyday work: through training, clear processes, and a feedback culture that makes discrimination visible early – before it escalates and becomes costly.
