What we do: Leaders bear responsibility for a respectful set. We train HODs, cast, and crews to live a strong feedback culture and give them the tools to build psychologically safer sets together: hands-on and aligned with the Respect Code Film.
What We Specifically Teach
We teach: the principles of the Respect Code Film. Responsibilities by role and hierarchy. How to handle misconduct and complaints. A strong feedback culture free of retaliation. De-escalation under pressure. The Braver Spaces approach for teams working under time pressure and in changing constellations.
