We are media professionals, researchers, DEIB trainers, and sustainability and education consultants with a shared vision: a socially and environmentally sustainable media and film world in which stories reflect the diversity of society – and where discrimination-critical working environments are actively lived. By combining expertise in media production, discrimination-critical practice, education, diversity, editorial review, and recruitment, we offer practical solutions for creating inclusive, intersectional, and impactful content.
