...a world in which we can communicate with each other courageously, be vulnerable, and listen to one another more. My utopia is also a world that is greener and more sustainable, less cisheteronormative, and more appreciative, unbiased, and in solidarity with all people β for and with one another.

- B.A. in Sinology, Ethnology, and Gender Studies; M.A. in Sociology; currently pursuing a PhD in the sociology of work on ERGs & the organizing of queer and PoC employees in the workplace
- Active in working groups on discrimination-sensitive teaching and the Anti-Discrimination Committee of FB03, Goethe University Frankfurt a.M.
- Lecturer for university sociology courses at the intersections of work and organization, Critical Race Theory, intersectionality, masculinities & queer studies, (global) inequality regimes, and precarious work.

Freelance work
Since 02/2022, I have worked as an independent consultant for non-profit and for-profit organizations in the DEIB field, primarily through interactive anti-bias and diversity trainings with a team-building element, as well as discrimination-sensitive sensitivity readings for written and visual materials.
