Discrimination-critical work begins with awareness: of one's own conditioning, of power imbalances on set, and of other people's perspectives.
In our sensitization workshops, we build this awareness for the entire team. In parallel, we offer protected empowerment spaces for people affected by discrimination – so that both sides come out of the collaboration stronger.
